SHIPPING

Payment of shipping fee is paid in one amount together with payment for the ordered goods checkout. International deliveries are made with ROYAL MAIL UK.

UK - $10 USD.
USA and the rest of the world- $15 USD
Ukraine Nova Poshta - $2 USD (50 UAH)

 

 

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 14 days. No refund or exchange is offered past this date. We accept only product returns in their original package and condition with tags. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The parcel can be returned with any postal service however it remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, so please keep proof of dispatch. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please note following categories are non-refundable, no matter what product name is used online on the website:
-Swimwear
-Lingerie: underwear, briefs, tops, bralettes, bodysuits, teddies, nightgowns, slips


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email with the status of your return (approval or rejection of your refund).
Approved refund will be automatically returned as a credit to your credit card or the original payment method.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Check your bank account 
- contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It takes time to process a refund.

Sale items:
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.



Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to nudeandguilty@gmail.com
