Shipping policy

Shipping 

Delivery across all territory of Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta courier service.

- Shipping on orders within Ukraine - 100 UAH.

- Standard shipping on on all international orders- 600 UAH.

Please note payment shipping fee is paid in one amount together with payment for the ordered goods at the moment of checkout.

In order for the Nova Poshta courier to deliver the order to the address convenient for you, indicate the telephone number and address in the checkout details. In the future, the carrier will notify you about delivery time of your parcel. Upon receipt it is necessarory to present your passport.

You can pay for the order using VISA / Mastercard cards when placing an order on the website.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Parcel can be returned with any postal service however it remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, so please keep a proof of dispatch.
